Give feedback after a call

While in 'beta', I think a Dialog at the end of the call would be excellent where the use can rate the call (5 stars) and with a textarea to add additional info if they choose. I've wanted to do this a couple of times, so thought it would be useful initially.

Thanks for your idea Nathan. We're actually thinking about something like this. What should be the effect of rating the call from your perspective? How would it help the user ideally?

Hi Tom. Sorry for the late reply, I didn't actually receive an email notification that you answered. Weird. I think it won't necessarily help the user but more you guys. There are a bunch of ideas that I'd like to report and they always come up directly after a call. Until now, I just called Julian but that isn't an effective way going forward. I've found some weird UI inconsistencies etc, some ideas I had etc, and I think a `rate call/leave feedback` feature would be great. Maybe I'm the only one.

A general feedback functionality as a plain text field would be great. Rating could be misunderstood as rating the other person...
And I still wait for

Yeah, good point. I guess they might be two separate features. I think they could be refined as one and when worded correctly, could achieve this.
